When we began developing, the non-functional, dome was allowed to get very hot. Initially, it was permitted up to 120°C above room temperature, then reduced to 60°C above room temperature according to EN IEC 60335-2-9. So, we constantly had to reinvent the product. Pizzarette is the only model in the world with a reflector in the dome. This means that you can simply put your hand on the dome. It will feel hot but you won’t burn your hands.

Our product has been copied several times, but no other round dome models comply with the EU or US regulations.
